Getting started is easy. We are going to take care of everything for you.

Your Commitments

Let’s review the commitments you made at signup.

⌧ I understand that there are commitments that I must make and keep in order to realize the leadership transformation in myself, and get the performance results in my team that I desire.

⌧ I agree to schedule and attend all coaching sessions with a Griffin Hill coach

⌧ I agree that every workday I will use the 2 Griffin Hill performance tools that takes as little as 3 minutes of my day.

By keeping those commitments you will be doing your part of Showing Up and Opening Up. If you can do this, you are 80% of the way there, to becoming an empowered leader.

All you need to do is Show Up and Open Up.


To show up means you show up to your 1-on-1 coaching sessions with your Griffin Hill coach. These end up lasting about 20 minutes once each month. It means you put these on your calendar and make them a high priority.

It also means you show up to your 1-on-1 alignment sessions with your team starting in month 2.

Sessions are naturally longer and more frequent in the beginning months.


To open up means you open up your performance tools every workday:

  • High Performance Journal
  • Priority Alignment Tool

It means you open them up and use them for as little as 3-5 minutes per day, as you’ll be instructed.

Actions to Take Right Now

To get you ready to SHOW UP to your first 1-on-1 with a griffin Hill coach (which should already be scheduled), do this:

  1. Think about the kind of help you want from your Griffin Hill coach…what problem are you needing to solve, challenges and obstacles. Be prepared to describe your situation and what you are trying to achieve.
  2. Set a reminder for your first coaching session (if you haven’t already)
  3. Write down 3 reasons you feel you don’t accomplish what you set out to do, or have in mind to do.

Complete the 3 actions above and you’ll be ready for your first 1on1 coaching session with Griffin Hill. We are looking forward to it.
